Withdraw from or cancel a booking
No statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation
Please note: for contracts on the provision of accommodation on a specific date or within a specific period there is no statutory right of withdrawal. This is expressly set out in section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and therefore also applies to your booking of a Loftigo apartment with fixed check-in and check-out dates.
The fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts therefore does not apply to these bookings. You can find the details in our withdrawal policy.
How to cancel your booking
Even without a statutory right of withdrawal, you can cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy. Simply send us an email with your booking number and the email address used for the booking to help@loftigo.com. We will confirm receipt and get back to you with the next steps.
